February 9, 2010 – Cotabato Vice Governor Emmanuel “Manny” Piñol expressed belief that the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) is already a spent force.
This was stated in a power point presentation entitled “Updates on the Security situation in Central Mindanao” authored by Vice Governor Piñol.
