In his welcome message, Ustadz Daranda said that Bangsamoro in Zamboanga City should not worry, and lost hope even though it is outside of the BARMM core territory. He cited a promising provision in the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) or the Republic Act. 11054 related to development programs for Bangsamoro people living outside of the BARMM.
