BTA starts Consultation on proposed Bangsamoro Administrative Code

The schedule of consultation with BARMM Provincial Governors, and Cotabato City Mayor was set at 8:00AM-4:30AM, last Friday, August 14.
The Consultation with Cabinet Members was held at 2:00PM-5:00PM, the same day.
This Monday, August 17, the consultation with experts will be held from 9:00AM to 12:00NN
The BTA invited the following experts to share their knowledge on crafting an administrative code:
1. Dean Dan A. Saguil - UP NCPAG
2. Atty. Randolph Parcasio who was involved in crafting the ARMM Admin Code
3. Atty. Michael Henry Yusingco - Ateneo School of Governance. He participated in a couple of discussions on the proposed Bangsamoro Administrative Code
4. Maricris Valte - former Program Manager for ARMM/Bangsamoro Program Office for DAP
5. Atty. Sha Elijah Dumama-Alba - BARMM Attorney General, Chair of the Cabinet Committee for Bangsamoro Admin Code
The Committee on Rules Chaired by Majority Floor Leader Atty Lanang T. Ali Jr, and Deputy Majority Floor Leader Atty. Raissa Jajurie created a panel from among the Members of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority Parliament to conduct a thorough deliberations of the Administrative Code, namely:
