UBJP holds General Meeting in Darapanan

The United Bangsamoro Justice Party (UBJP ) conducted its first general meeting in the MILF’s administrative base in Camp Darapanan, Sultan Kudarat last October 01.
In attendance were the party’s Regional Executive Officers, members of the Council of Advisers, Coordinators for Special Concerns, Heads and Members of Committees and other officers from the island-provinces as well as mainland Mindanao.
UBJP Secretary-General Sammy Al Mansoor rendered a status report on the party’s various activities.
Party issues and concerns were deliberated in an open forum during the meeting.
The UBJP was formed in December 2014 as the MILF’s official political party, and has been registered with the Commission on Elections (Comelec) since October 2015.
UBJP is designed to evolve into a mass-based genuinely-principled political party.
