Int’l expert gives inputs to BTA in support to Bangsamoro transition

In a post at the Facebook page of MP Ali, Jr. it is said that Reginald Pastrana, Secretary-General of Subatra gave inputs that included improved the Parliament's physical and organizational framework through support to the formulation of parliamentary development plan, strategic planning and full equipment of Parliamentary Hall.
The expert also suggested that there should also be trainings for members of the Parliament, provision of IT tools for parliamentary work, improved parliamentary law-making and oversight capacities, and enhanced information of the Parliament's role and achievements.
It was reported that last July, the Philippine government signed with European financing agreement that included Support to Bangsamoro Transition (SUBATRA) Program amounting to 25 million euros.
Pastrana is an expert in formulating particular and effective legislative support service systems—from management and administrative work to legislative technical support.
