BARMM Senior Minister Macacua witnesses turn-over of some units of ambulances and signing of MOU between MOH, and recipient LGUs

Cotabato City- The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) is intensified its medical support by bringing the Bangsamoro government closer to Bangsamoro communities this transition period. 
Yesterday, March 5, Senior Minister MP Abdulraof A. Macacua witnessed the turn-over and signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the recipients of 17 units of land ambulances, mobile clinic, and other medical-related projects under the Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) project of year 2021, held at the Bangsamoro Govt Center.

Senior Minister Macacua emphasized that the event is another milestone indicating that the BARMM government under the stewardship of Chief Minister Ahod Balawag Ebrahim through the Ministry of Health prioritizes the promotion, protection, and preservation of the health of Bangsamoro people.

“The provision of health services, aside from being a fundamental right of the people, is an essential component of economic and social development,” Macacua said.

Senior Minister, TDIF project’s beneficiary, the Local Government of Mother Kabuntalan municipality represented by municipal committee on health chair Councilor Datu Bara E. Lauban, Jr. received one unit of the two land ambulances. 
MP Akmad “Jack” Abas also donated two (2) units of Land Ambulance to the Rural Health Units (RHU) of Datu Montawal and Sultan sa Barongis in Maguindanao Del Sur. 

The project is part of the MP Akmad's Transitional Development Impact Fund projects (TDIF) for 2021
