Moro security guard killed in N. Cotabato

Eddie Katigan, a resident of the village of Buluan, Kabacan town, was on his way home on his motorcycle when he was shot in the head by an unidentified gunman, according to Habib Guiabar, caretaker of the seven villages in Kabacan that joined the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
Katigan was assigned to a COVID-19 isolation facility in the University of Southern Mindanao compound here.
Guiabar said Katigan died in a nearby hospital.
