DAB conducts writeshop on Moral governance

Cotabato City (December 7, 2020)- The Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB) conducted writeshop on moral governance at Pagana Native Restaurant, Cotabato City, Monday, December 7, 2020.
Dr. Norodin Salam, DAB President in his message enumerated the main objectives of the activity such as: finalization of technical reports of the research of BARMM’s perspective on moral governance for submission to Chief Minister Ahod Ebrahim; to review and thoroughly read the research project; and to identify next steps to be undertaken on Moral Governance”.

There were series of activities conducted few months ago related to moral governance such as, Focus Group Discussion, Round Table Discussion and so forth, this would be the latest prior to its submission to the chief minister.

“After the approval by the chief minister, writing and preparation of modules, and structural materials in preparation for the conduct of trainings and seminars for the new BARMM employees will be undertaken. 

DAB will also conduct trainings of trainers who will be responsible for training both employees, and/ or individuals outside the core territory (MILF members), and in the BARMM,” Dr. Salam added

“The launching of module is tentatively set on the first quarter of 2021,” he further said.

The participants in attendance were experts from the academe, religious sector, BARMM officials and the DAB technical people.
The 3-day writeshop was sponsored by DAB, and Ministry of Interior and Local Government-BARMM.
