Newly-appointed BPDA employees take oath of office

COTABATO CITY --- Some fifty-four (54) newly-appointed officials and employees of the Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA) finally took their oath of office Monday, December 21, during a ceremony held at BPDA Conference Room, Bangsamoro Government Center, this city.
Bangsamoro Director General Engr. Mohajirin T. Ali said that those who sworn earlier are composed of permanent and coterminous personnel.

“49 employees were secured and appointed for permanent positions while 5 employees are currently holding coterminous positions,” Ali said.

He also added that the newly-hired personnel had successfully passed the examination and very crucial panel deliberation which was carefully conducted by the BPDA Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (BPDA-HRMPSB).

“These newly-appointed employees of the newly-created Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority are the best and the brightest. We need people who are highly technical as this office is basically providing technical support to BARMM ministries, agencies, and offices. Therefore, I am looking forward to a healthy and harmonious working relationship among the BPDA employees,” he emphasized.

Sheik Abuhuraira A. Udasan, Grand Mufti and Bangsamoro Darul Ifta Executive Director, facilitated the ceremonial oath taking with the presence of a representative from the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
Udasan said that by definition, moral governance is a set of rules, practices, and processes completely devoid of all evils of graft and corruption, and explicitly driven by the moral principle of utmost dedication, devotion, honesty, justice and integrity.
