BTA MP Sinolinding distributes cash incentives to Tawi-Tawi health workers

Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao Del Norte— MP Kadil Sinolinding,Jr personally delivered and distributed funds for stipends of at least 72 barangay health workers in Sapa Sapa Island town in Tawi-Tawi on May 21, 2024.
The health workers each received PhP 12,000.00 cash incentives for three months from the Bangsamoro Government headed by Chief Minister Ahod B. Ebrahim.
The distribution of said incentives was delayed due to poor connectivity between the health workers and the regional government.

Sapa-Sapa municipal leadership was so grateful to the Ministry of Health-BARMM for the release of the P12,000 allowance each to the 72 BWHs.

Sinolinding who was recently been appointed Minister of Health told reporters that the three-month stipends for Sapa-Sapa BHWs were delayed due to communication and documentation constraints, the island town being so far away from the seat of the BARMM government in this city, a Philstar.com report said, Friday.

“But we have laid procedures to address those issues,” Sinolinding, said in a text message to reporters on Friday.
