Bangsamoro Chief Minister's Office recognizes top performers at Midyear Review

COTABATO CITY - The Office of the Chief Minister (OCM) celebrated the achievements of its top-performing offices and employees during its Midyear Performance Review and Planning Conference (MPRPC) on Tuesday, September 17.
The MPRPC, held at the Shariff Kabunsuan Cultural Complex (SKCC) in the Bangsamoro Government Center (BGC), evaluated the accomplishments of the OCM's offices, divisions, and personnel against their targets and commitments for the first half of 2024.

The review, based on the OCM's Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) Policy and Internal Guidelines, aims to connect individual performance with the organization's goals.

"These ratings should reflect the true value of your efforts—may kwento sa bawat kwenta.
