OOBC Enhances Communication Skills through Multimedia Training

The OOBC, under the Office of the Chief Minister (OCM) of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), serves as the primary unit responsible for recommending policies and programs that promote the welfare of Bangsamoro communities outside the BARMM.
In partnership with the Bangsamoro Multimedia Network (BMN), the OOBC aims to equip its staff with the necessary skills to effectively document and communicate the office's programs and services. This initiative seeks to ensure that information reaches Bangsamoro communities, particularly those residing outside the core territories of the region.
OOBC Executive Director Noron S. Andan emphasized that the primary goal of their efforts is simply to provide information about the OOBC and its initiatives. He explained that the intention is not only to inform but also to reach out to Bangsamoro constituents, particularly those residing outside the BARMM areas, ensuring they are aware of the office's work and services.
