UBJP President Murad Ebrahim Congratulates Party Candidates on 2025 Election Wins

In a public statement, Ebrahim described the victories as a shared success between the candidates and the Bangsamoro people who continue to support the vision of peace, justice, and self-governance. He commended the winning candidates for their commitment to public service and for promoting the party’s core principles of Moral Governance.
“These results are not just personal milestones, but a clear reflection of our people’s confidence in the UBJP and its values,” Ebrahim said. He also recognized the efforts of those who were not elected, thanking them for their courage and dedication in representing the party in the democratic process.
Calling for unity among leaders and members, Ebrahim encouraged continued cooperation within the party and extended an invitation for partnership with other political groups in the region. He emphasized that the future of the Bangsamoro depends on inclusive collaboration and protecting the gains of the peace process.
In his message to UBJP supporters, Ebrahim also expressed gratitude for the trust shown by the Bangsamoro community. “Taos-puso ang ating pasasalamat sa tiwalang ipinagkaloob ng ating mga kapatid sa Bangsamoro. Ang suporta ninyo ay patunay na buhay at matatag ang ating pagkakaisa sa pagtahak ng landas tungo sa mas maliwanag na kinabukasan,” he said.
He further encouraged collective action to sustain progress: “In shaa Allah, sama-sama nating isusulong ang ating mga adhikain at pangarap, para sa isang Bangsamoro na tunay na maunlad, makatarungan, at mapayapa. Nawa’y magpatuloy ang ating pagkilos para sa kabutihan ng bawat pamayanan sa ating lupang sinilangan, kung saan ang dignidad, karapatan, at kultura ng bawat isa ay kinikilala at pinangangalagaan.”
The UBJP leader underscored the significance of the upcoming Bangsamoro parliamentary elections scheduled for October 13, 2025. He said the party remains committed to further strengthening its role in the political transformation of the region.
“Our collective victory signals our readiness to take on greater responsibilities,” he said. “Let us continue working together to realize the aspirations of the Bangsamoro.”
