BWC Holds Team-Building Activity in Bukidnon to Strengthen Unity and Purpose

BWC Chairperson Hadja Bainon G. Karon reminded the participants of the importance of working with compassion, respect, and integrity. She emphasized that the gathering should not only serve as a retreat from routine work but also as an opportunity to align their daily roles with the core values of the Commission.
One of the highlights was a session on embracing change, where participants engaged in interactive exercises reflecting on adaptability and growth. Facilitators guided the group through meaningful discussions and challenges designed to promote resilience and unity in the workplace.
The involvement of the Chairperson and BWC Commissioners in all games and activities brought enthusiasm to the team. Their active participation in group tasks set an example of inclusive leadership and fostered a spirit of collaboration across all levels of the organization.
The event culminated in a Solidarity Night, featuring a celebration of teamwork and shared experiences. The BWC is the lead agency in BARMM for advancing women’s rights and promoting gender equality. It ensures that women’s voices are heard in policymaking and development, supporting inclusive governance across the region.
