MBHTE Minister Iqbal receives 2026 Manggagawa Award in Tawi-Tawi

The recognition was presented during a ceremony held on March 30, 2026, at the Henry V. Kong Gymnasium of Mindanao State University--Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU-TCTO) in Sanga-Sanga, Bongao.
In a statement, MBHTE noted that the award reflects Iqbal’s steadfast leadership and unwavering commitment to advancing inclusive, quality, and transformative education for the Bangsamoro people. His dedication to public service continues to inspire both the Ministry and the communities it serves.
The Ministry joined the people of the Bangsamoro in celebrating the milestone, expressing deep appreciation for the trust and recognition given to its efforts in strengthening education across the region.
“Congratulations, Minister Iqbal, on this well-deserved honor,” the statement read.
