Isabela, Basilan-Basilan Professionals, members of MILF Political Committee conducted Seminar-Work shop on Bangsamoro Organic Law entitled ' Strategic Planning Workshop Cum Team Building at the conference hall of Bangsamoro Leadership and Management Institute (BLMI) on September 22 & 23.

Some members of the Bangsamoro Islamic Armed Forces (BIAF) also participated in the activity.

Aside from planning, one of the objectives of the activity is to train and enlighten the participants on what to do during the plebiscite especially BIAF members whose knowledge of the election is vague.

On the first day of workshop, identification of prospects emerging problems during the campaign and the plebiscite were identified and thoroughly analyzed. 

Chairman Mohagher Iqbal of the MILF Peace Implementing Panel said in hiss message, "There are two things crucial during the plebiscite, firstly, the external factor such campaigning or talking to people, distributing materials etc. and the second one which more important than the former is the internal factor such as teachers, the military and officials and members of COMELEC who are the deciding factor as per experience".

The participants were in high esteem upon seeing Chairman Iqbal delivering his message as his presence was not sure because he was in Manila a day earlier. Yet despite his hectic schedule, he flew back to Cotabato City so as not to disappoint the participants.

Former Assemblyman Jun Ilimin, and Hon. Masid Yakub, Provincial board member facilitated the activity.

The activity was also attended by Von Alhaq of the MILF-AHJAG, also BIAF Spokesman as an observer.
