IP students receive financial aid from MP Iqbal

Each student has received a one-time assistance amounting to 15 thousand pesos.
“Sa maliit na halaga ng perang ito, i hope kahit papanu makatulong sa inyo. Para sa inyong kaalaman, malapit ang puso ko sa mga IP dahil itong lugar natin ay magkatabi dito sa Datu Odin Sinsuat (Maguindanao del Norte). Yong hirap ninyo ay nararamdaman namin dahil ganun din ang hirap namin kaya sinu pa magtutulungan. Kaya ,itong BARMM ay malaking tulong ito sa atin. Ang mga scholarship natin ay umabot na sa 3,500 students dito sa higher education at meron din galing sa mga IP. Mapalad kayo,sapagkàt isa kayo sa mga napili ng MIPA at Opisina ko sa BTA, Iqbal said
The program is funded out of the 2021 Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) of MP Iqbal and is being implemented thru the Ministry of Indigenous Peoples’ Affairs (MIPA), BARMM. It is intended for Bangsamoro IP students who are enrolled in college.
