Government and Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) peace negotiators returned to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia told hold their two-day 15^th GRP-MILF Exploratory Talks, which was “aborted last December 15-17, 2007, starting today to integrate all the consensus points on the four strands of ancestral domain aspect of the Tripoli Agreement of 2001 and put them into a document called memorandum of agreement (MOA) on ancestral domain (AD).
